Work Trade Information

2024 Work Trade is currently FULL! New applicants will be added to our waiting list.

Please read through this entire page before applying to work trade. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to offer their time and energy to help us make this event a wonderful experience for all involved.

We offer a full work exchange of 20 hours. There is a $100 deposit to secure your spot on the crew. $50 of this deposit is refundable and will be re-paid to you at the Work Trade Orientation meeting. The Work Trade Orientation meeting is mandatory and no one who misses this meeting will get their deposit refunded. Payment of this deposit is due within one week of being accepted for work trade.

We assign all work traders to one of the following work trade crews: setup/cleanup crew, grounds crew, and kitchen crew. There are a few opportunities to plug in outside of these crews so let us know about your skills in the various areas listed on the application below. NOTE: Setup crew is required to stay through Monday, May 20th to help with event cleanup.

It is important that ALL work trade crew members be able to attend a work trade orientation meeting on the evening of Tuesday, May 14th.

Agreeing to work trade at this gathering is a serious commitment and it is really hard on the whole crew when there are last minute cancellations. Please do not apply if you cannot be sure that you can follow through on your commitment.

Motivated teens ages 16+ can apply for work trade as part of our teen crew. Children younger than age 16 will need youth or teen tickets, even if they are attending with someone who is a member of the work trade crew.
