Work Trade Information 2026
Applications Now Open
Please read through this entire page before applying to work trade!
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to offer their time and energy to help us make this event a wonderful experience for all involved.
We offer a full work exchange of 20 hours. There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure your spot on the crew. This deposit is a statement of your commitment to your work exchange and will be refunded to you when you arrive on time to fulfill your work exchange.
There is a mandatory work trade orientation meeting for kitchen and grounds crews on Wednesday morning (May 20) so please make sure you can arrive on Tuesday evening, the 19th, before you apply for work trade.
We assign all work traders to one of the following work trade crews: setup/cleanup crew, grounds crew, and kitchen crew. There are a few opportunities to plug in outside of these crews so let us know about your skills in the various areas listed on the application below. NOTE: Setup/cleanup crew will need to arrive on Monday, May 18th and be able to stay until the morning of Tuesday, May 26th.
Agreeing to work trade at this gathering is a serious commitment and it is really hard on the whole crew when there are last minute cancellations. Please do not apply if you cannot be sure that you can follow through on your commitment.
Motivated teens ages 16+ can apply for work trade as part of our teen crew. Children younger than age 16 will need youth or teen tickets, even if they are attending with someone who is a member of the work trade crew.
To apply for work trade at the 2026 gathering, copy and paste the application on the right side of this page and send it in an email to us. We will review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis until April 1st.
